Greetings, in the name of our Lord and Saviour, Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus the Messiah).

May Ministry Update | Walking Forward in Faith
“Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.”
—2 Corinthians 10:17, TLV
Shalom dear family in Messiah,
As we reflect on the month of May, our hearts overflow with thanksgiving to Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus the Messiah)for all He has done, is doing, and will do through I Was Just Thinking Ministries. Every milestone, every moment of growth, every conversation soaked in prayer is for His glory alone—and none of it is by our strength, but by the power of His Ruach (Spirit).

🏠 A New Home Base
In faithful obedience to the Lord’s leading, IWJTM relocated from Nazareth, Pennsylvania to York, Pennsylvania. Just as God called Abraham to go to a land he did not know, so too we follow where YHWH sends us (Genesis 12:1). York now becomes the base from which we will expand the mission of this ministry to equip and engage more hearts and minds in the truth of God’s Word.
🕊 Our First Ministry Debrief with Pastor Raymond
May also marked another historic first—our ministry’s first spiritual debriefing session with our newly appointed ministry chaplain, Pastor Catherine Raymond. This session focused on the spiritual accountability and well-being of every steward serving in the ministry. We recognize that what we do is not simply organizational—it is spiritual, and therefore, each leader must be nourished and guarded.
Stay tuned for a full introduction to Pastor Raymond in our June newsletter.
Why We Say “Steward,” Not “Founder”
In the spirit of humility and truth, we do not refer to Rev. Dr. Sanette Fleming as the “founder” of IWJTM. Instead, she embraces the title “Steward.” Why? Because in the kingdom of God, we do not claim ownership of what has always belonged to YHWH. You cannot “found” what was never lost—this ministry has always been part of God’s plan. We are simply caretakers of His vision, entrusted with nurturing what He has planted (1 Corinthians 4:1–2).
Personal Development: A Doctoral Journey Rooted in Renewal
Our lead steward, Rev. Dr. (ABD) Sanette Fleming, is nearing the final stretch of her doctoral program in Christian Leadership and Spiritual Renewal at Regent University. With just two core classes remaining over the next 17 weeks, she is preparing to begin the dissertation phase, which will unfold over the next 12–18 months, Lord willing.
We are deeply grateful for your prayers and encouragement as she continues this rigorous and Spirit-led academic journey. Her studies further empower IWJTM to remain a ministry marked by Biblical fidelity, spiritual vitality, and academic excellence.
